1. G.I.S.
2. Dr. Dey, the lady who cured her incurable cancer by adopting a vegan diet, who talked extensively about contaminants in the food we eat today, particularly the prions in the meat supply
3. Dr. Michael Newton, the trained psychiatrist who did past life regressions to look into 'lives between lives"
4. Dr. Brian Weiss, same as Dr. Newton
5. Dean Radin, on the topic of consciousness; add Lynn McTaggart to this also
6. Pam Reynolds, the lady who had an induced NDE to facilitate brain surgery
7. Sally Eadie, the lady who had an extensive NDE and who wrote a bestselling book about it
8. Cleve Backster, on the secret life of plants
9. Bob Monroe and Thomas Campbell, both of the Monroe Institute
10. Other legitimate scientists, particularly theoretical physicists; Amit Goswami

I always enjoy listening to Jim Marrs, and Alex Collier.
Plus many others, Mad Man Markham, Mel Waters.
I also enjoy Whitley Strieber, and Red Elk.

Big, big fan of John Lear.  Clear, direct, and to the point answers.

But it goes without saying, Art Bell HAS to be the host.

I will listen to replays of old AB shows until suitable replacement is found.

Two words (actually, two words and a letter) R. Gary Patterson. I love hearing the little known Rock n' Roll stories. Nobody handles R. Gary patterson like Ian though.

wow, i've never heard patterson with ian.  shit, i thought he'd only done shows with snoors.  shows how out of touch with c2c i am these days.  if anybody has any shows of ian interviewing patterson, shoot them over to me, if you don't mind.

Oh yeah, Gary got his start with Ian in 2001. I'm actually trying to track down some of those earlier appearances. One night, a member of the Allman brothers called in using an Alias but they didn't figure out it was him until after he hung up. I have two Gary-Ian shows, one from 2006 and one from 2007. I'll upload them to a file sharing website and e-mail you when they are ready. Gimme 24 hours.

Off The Top of my head

Mel Waters - Great story teller, makes me laugh. I'm from Washington and I think a lot of it is bunk but he's got a great story and he's not selling anything so he's great in my book.

John Lear - Another interesting guest. Practically definitive source on modern ufology and conspiracy. I also like that he's not selling anything and he's a credible individual in terms of technical knowledge.

Nick Cook - Jane's Defense Weekly Columist and Writer who has extensive knowledge on Black Projects, Advanced Aircraft, and Advanced Energy.

Mathew Alper - The researched who focuses on "The God Part of the Brain."

George Carlin - RIP

Those are the ones who's names I can remember. There's been quite a few though that aren't coming to mind.

Gee, 999!  Your list is very close to being a copy of mine. My list of dislikes is longer since Snore got started, but that is probably his fault, not theirs.  Is there a thread where we can list our hates?  I nominate Glynis McNumbers, RCH, JC, Steve Quayle, and--oops--this is a thread for LIKES, not jerks.  Sorry, I got carried away.

Oh yeah, I want to add a couple more that I like:

Peter Davenport of the UFO Reporting Center. He is an old stuffed muffler, but he brought good stuff. How long has it been since we heard him?

I like Michio Kaku.

And I like that gal who Snoory has on at the beginning of the show--dang--what's her name?  She talks all about the financial goings-on.
Well, it will come to me later.

Catherine Austin Fitts. Rollye James has her on her show once in a while.

Yeah, you got it!  I think Catherine knows where a lot of the bodies are buried. Thanks!

Shhh. but I liked Roylle, too, 'way better than some we have been punished with.  Roylle isn't on any of my local stations in this little burg.  Can I listen to her on the Web--if so, where and when?

i love rollye.  if george died tomorrow as a result of autoerotic asphyxiation, i'd prefer rollye host the show.  however, that CERTAINLY is never going to happen... the reasons for which have been articulated (by rollye herself) elsewhere on this site.

I might be wrong but, i think that GIS was first on Coast with Hilly rose. Rose was filling in for Art during the time of Art's son's problems.  If you look at the old Art Bell web site, They appeared on the show and he wasnt the host. That was there first time. Then when Art came back he started interviewing them and has done so, since. Noory did Interview them once.  I'd like to hear that cos somehow i missed that one.

Does anyone remember the woman who was on around ten years ago with Art - who hypothesized that the Egyptian Pyramids were built from poured and cast concrete blocks? Kind of like a Disney World exhibit? She absolutely killed me!

that's super of you ;) i looked around and lo and behold it seems that quite a bit of 'science' has emerged on this theory the past few years. but the gatekeeper of all things Egyptian (that guy...his name escapes me, but you know who i mean) prevents anything but the official story from gaining traction.

XM isn't renewing Rollye, as of the end of next March. She said unless she gets a terrestrial station she isn't going to stream anymore.

what would having a terrestrial station have to do with streaming?  i'm confused.

is she not on any terrestrial stations anymore?  wtf.  her show is too good to just wither away like that.

yet another reason NOT to spend $15 per month on satellite radio.  it's already a tough sell... and it just got a bit tougher.

I like Howard Bloom.
me too.

When I lived in New York back in 2000 or thereabouts, I heard Art interview Howard and had the opportunity to see him speak in downtown Manhattan. He walks out onto the small stage and starts reading frantically from a pile of handwritten notes.  From what i recall, he spent half the time on Michael Jackson and the other half on the threat faced from Pakistani nuclear subs. He took questions and if he disagreed with you, man would he yell! Wild guy.
