Kid freaks out over cancelled WoW account

Greatest freak out ever (ORIGINAL VIDEO)

I've been super-pissed several times in my life...but never so pissed that I jabbed my butthole with a remote control.

Ok...maybe once.

And in the process of reporting, he must replay the remote to ass segment over and over and over. "What is this WOW anyway? Is it Godless?"

The fiat currency things is doubly ironic because the in-game currency of WoW is gold.

Seems like a perfectly rationale response.  I have more to add, but I'm in a hurry to get back to my WoW!

Well.. that was quite a show. I'm sure c2c guest Ann Blake Tracy (I refuse to reference her as "Dr." as her degree is fraudulent - do the research) would blame it all on SSRIs. Then again, maybe he's just a spoiled brat.

Most of the brain dead zombie shit heads who claim to be "dr.s" of some kind on C2C are fraudulent.  I remember a show where Noory admitted that he never knew that a 'scientist' could only be defined as such if they had an earned Ph.D..  Noory is way over is pin-head, and the ignorance is contageous and spreading quickly.

V - you are GREAT!

I went looking - and NOWHERE could I find a Vita for this woman.  I don't have too many "letters" strung to may name myself - but I've worked in academia long enough to know that any legit academic has a freaking VITA and it's easy to find!  (for those who don't know - it's an academic resume)

I did, however, find this:

Ann Blake Tracy, according to the International Coalition for Drug Awareness web site, has a doctorate in health sciences with an emphasis on psychology. There is no mention of the institution that awarded her this degree ? George Wythe College, in Cedar City. Tracy explains that the Ph.D. was awarded for ?lifetime experience,? specifically for the writing of ?Prozac: Panacea or Pandora?? which she says she has been told is the equivalent of, or ?far beyond,? a dissertation.Self-published, the book contains spelling and punctuation errors and incomplete sentences (although Tracy says an edited version will be published in the next few weeks). It also contains page after page of references to studies that seem to cast a cloud over the safety of antidepressants . . .

Scroll down a ways here.

Now, I see nothing wrong with honorary degrees -what I DO find sketchy is using that degree to add credence to one's work in a way that implies more formal background than one has!

Too - both time I heard Ian interview her - he's called her "Dr. Blake-Tracy" EVERY time he addresses her in a way that is so awkward I can only imagine it was her request, or demand.  Personally, I reserve the address "Doctor" for people in medical professions (MD's Vets, Dentists and so on) and for PhDs of EdD's in an academic context.  More than that seems utterly pretentious to me - though I'll comply if a person insists. Though, I usually end up not liking them very much.  the one exception was a man who had scraped his way out of a ghetto background to found Harlem Prep. (I don't think he's there anymore - this was ages ago) and he said "If you want to call me by my last name - it's Dr. not Mr.  - I worked hard for that - but I'm also happy to answer to Ed." There was a graciousness in that that i liked - and I liked him.

Edited to add:

OUCH!  Confirmed, he's not there any more.

I did wince when I noticed the obit called him "Mr. Carpenter"

You're likely right. I've just known so many assholes with legit degrees that I don't presume that asshole = no real degree.

This Blake-Tracy bitch is DANGEROUS.  She knows damned well that people who read or listen to her are likely to try flushing their meds.  No matter HOW many times she says "don't do that - there is a careful process . . ." I suspect it's to keep her ass from being sued, not a caution out of real concern.

I did some pretty extensive research on her some time ago, and did find a VITAE or something similar... also, I suggest doing more research on George Wythe College... e.g.

Wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Wythe_University

Note the lack of accreditation section, and their main campus building in Cedar City. My house is 1/3 the size of the main and ONLY campus building. (and my house is VERY modest)

Also notable: Direct quote from their website, "Due to the unaccredited status of our degree programs, George Wythe is unable to assist international students who desire student visas to travel to the United States to study.  We encourage students who are unable to study on-campus to apply for our online programs."

Here is a complete list of their faculty from their website:

http://www.gw.edu/about/people/faculty.php

Note: While I didn't click on everyone's name, the overwhelming majority of adjunct professors and "mentors" also had degrees from George Wythe College. A complete sham in my opinion.

I actually wrote Ian some time back about her sham degree, as Ian USUALLY seems to respect those with REAL degrees, and I have heard him occasionally question the credentials of some guests (in a subtle way) so as to expose them. I never got a response from him regarding Tracy.

Am I wrong in assuming that something or someone has put the clamp down on Ian recently?  His recent embarrassing programs have moved him solidly into Nooryopolis City.  It was my impression that, in the past, he had some say regarding who would be his guests, to retain some semblance of integrity.

Am I wrong in assuming that something or someone has put the clamp down on Ian recently?  His recent embarrassing programs have moved him solidly into Nooryopolis City.  It was my impression that, in the past, he had some say regarding who would be his guests, to retain some semblance of integrity.

What I have heard him say is that he does often suggest guests - and, as of that comment (within the last 3 months) Premier had always seemed pleased wit his choices, though the guest may not be available in the end.  During that comment - it seemed to me he also suggested that Premier often assigned him guests - and that he was not always as pleased with their choices as they were with his. (Premier likely just wants GUESTS!)

We'll have to see how the guest thing goes.  It's summer - Ian did go on vacation - he's got a few other things going on in addition to his daytime show. So what I HOPE is the case is that Ian, himself, simply hasn't had the time or the opportunity to do the legwork of getting the kind of guests we like to hear him interview. Time will tell.

Top all that off with the fact that unless the guest is a personal connection of Ian's - George has first dibs.

As for Jason the Horse - I did listen to some of that one - and Ian said that a number of people had written asking to hear him again.  So - go figure!  The only way they know what we want is if we tell them - and then whoever is in charge may, or may not, give a rat's ass.
