In my edit forum profile settings, I see a radio button for upload avatar or specify avatar by URL, but there is no text box to specify path or upload.  I don't know if its a permissions thing or a bug.  I'm using FF 3.5.5

hi.  i've fixed the problem.  there is a bug in the forum software.  i did some research and found a workaround.

thanks for telling me about this because this bug did not apply to an administrator account, only regular accounts.  as such, i had no idea it existed.
